What we sell: digital downloads only (e.g. printable PDFs). Nothing is posted; no delivery charge. Details are on each product page.
Prices and payment: prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) as shown at checkout; payment is taken when you place your order.
Delivery: after successful payment, download links are emailed to the address given at checkout. If it does not arrive, check spam, then email us with your order number.
Cancelling a digital download: before we start supplying a download, you will be asked to agree to immediate supply and to acknowledge that you will lose your right to cancel once the download has begun. Once supply has begun, you can no longer cancel. This does not affect your legal rights if a file is faulty, missing or not as described.
Faulty or missing files: contact us with your order number and we will fix it, replace it or refund you.
Licence and use: personal use only (your own household, party, classroom or youth group). Do not share, resell, redistribute or upload the files. All rights remain with us.
Our liability: nothing limits your rights under UK consumer law, or our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.
Governing law: England and Wales.
