Digital downloads: Our products are digital downloads. No physical item is posted. Before we start supplying a download, you will be asked to agree to immediate supply and to acknowledge that you will lose your right to cancel once the download has begun. Once the download has begun, you can no longer cancel the order.
Faulty, missing or not as described: contact us with your order number and we will fix it, replace it or refund you.
